- Defects after six months but within the manufacturer’s warranty will be sent for repairs.
- After the warranty expires, we can help arrange repairs but are not responsible for manufacturer decisions.
- All repairs come with a three-month warranty on the repaired part.
- Some returns require up to 14 days for technical assessment.
- Damage from power surges or lightning.
- Misuse, abuse, or failure to follow instructions.
- Commercial use of personal appliances.
- Accidental damage.
- Altered or modified products.
- Public health regulation restrictions.
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
- Non-refundable items include cigarettes, earrings, opened beauty products, underwear, opened baby products, gift cards, and financial service items.
- Perishable items can be refunded if returned within their expiry date in original packaging.
- Returns are not accepted for perishable items due to a change of mind.
- Grocery items may be refunded if they were expired or damaged at the time of purchase.
- Returns must be made at a Kit Kat Cash & Carry store with the original receipt.
- Online purchase returns can be given to the delivery driver upon delivery.
- Returns after delivery must be brought to a store by the customer.
