At Kit Kat Cash & Carry, we prioritize customer satisfaction and adhere to the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) to ensure a fair and transparent returns process. Whether a product is defective, falls under warranty, or needs to be exchanged, our policy is designed to be clear and straightforward.

  • Defective products within six months of purchase will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
  • Defects after six months but within the manufacturer’s warranty will be sent for repairs.
  • After the warranty expires, we can help arrange repairs but are not responsible for manufacturer decisions.
  • All repairs come with a three-month warranty on the repaired part.
  • Some returns require up to 14 days for technical assessment.

  • Damage from power surges or lightning.
  • Misuse, abuse, or failure to follow instructions.
  • Commercial use of personal appliances.
  • Accidental damage.
  • Altered or modified products.
  • Public health regulation restrictions.

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
  • Non-refundable items include cigarettes, earrings, opened beauty products, underwear, opened baby products, gift cards, and financial service items.

  • Perishable items can be refunded if returned within their expiry date in original packaging.
  • Returns are not accepted for perishable items due to a change of mind.
  • Grocery items may be refunded if they were expired or damaged at the time of purchase.

  • Returns must be made at a Kit Kat Cash & Carry store with the original receipt.
  • Online purchase returns can be given to the delivery driver upon delivery.
  • Returns after delivery must be brought to a store by the customer.
